HR Manager

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a HR Manager for a permanent vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• Grade 12 + N6 ND Business Management
• 3+ years’ experience in people management and conflict resolution
• 3+ years’ experience in business and office management
• Excellent computer literacy including Pastel and Pastel Payroll
• Compiling Employment Equity reports
• Knowledgeable regarding SA Labour Laws
• Monitoring and evaluation and planning skills
• Valid driver’s license

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Create job descriptions and performance appraisal systems
• Preparing and updating policies and procedures
• Advising on promotion and benefits
• Actively assist finance with processing payroll and queries
• Interviewing and recruiting
• Handle labour disputes
• Develop and initiate training and orientation plans
• HR and recruitment needs costing
• Manage HR audits
• Collect and analyze employee data

Salary:  R25 000.00 – R30 000.00 per month
