HR Manager

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a HR Manager for a permanent position based in East London, Eastern Cape

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• Matric with relevant HR Degree
• 5+ years’ experience in a Management role
• Valid driver’s license

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Responsible for the HR function of 8 entities within the group (98 staff)
• Recruitment function
• Legislative compliance
• Performance management and company policy control
• Skills development and training (WSP/ATR)
• BBBEE & EE
• HR documentation control
• HR Generalist support

Salary: R35 000.00 per month negotiable, medical & retirement annuity
