POSITION INFO:

A vacancy for a HR Manager has recently become available at Galaxy Gold Reefs Mine situated in Barberton.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:

• HR qualification or
• 10 years experience in an established mine or sizeable business
• English language proficiency
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PPT
• Knowledge of EE,Skills Development and SLP
• Demonstrated experience in T&A and Recruitment
• Understanding of basic rights in the LRA
• Experience in an unionised environment
• Negotiating skills
• Payroll processing knowledge
• Experience in managing performance
• Policy development
• Budgeting
