HR Manager

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an HR Manager for a Permanent position based 70km outside of East London, Eastern Cape.

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• HR B.Degree and post grad HR qualification preferred
• 5+ years of strategic HR Management experience
• Transport is provided from a central point to and from the workplace, and therefore the candidate must be able to accommodate longer hours due to travel time

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Organizational development, strategic planning and organizational culture
• Applying scorecards and manage performance
• HR policies / procedures – update as required, ensure relevant training
• Employee wellness – manage interventions and oversee clinic
• IR – labour legislation advice and actions, company discipline, union relations and interactions, hearings
• Training & Development – training needs analysis, source material, implement training
• Recruitment – Succession planning, full recruitment role, inductions, coordinate probationary periods, temporary staff placement
• Payroll / leave admin – Administer payroll and relevant levies, salary structures and policies, leave administration
• HR Admin – HR information systems, EE and Skills reports, job evaluations, HR budget, service provider liaison
• HR development – Oversee / manage and develop HR staff

Salary:  R35 000.00 – R60 000.00 pm CTC
