HR Manager

SUMMARY:
Urgently looking for a qualified HR Manager for our client in East London.

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate must possess the following expertise and skills:

• A Btech Degree in Human Resources or Equivalent. 
• 7 years of experience as a manager in the Human Resources field.
• Understanding of Human resources policies, recruitment and selection.

• carry out any tasks, duties and responsibilities that may, from time to time, be delegated by Management and HR Director;

• Report to Executive Director or such Director as the Board may from time to time determine;
• Attend on such Special Projects as Management may from time to time determine.
• Responsible for the Human Resources Administration.
• Knowledge of payroll systems.
• Understanding of employment equity.
• Undertaking on training and developments.
