POSITION INFO:

HR Manager – Table View – R15,000 per month Negotiable

We are looking for a HR Manager for a reputable company based in Table View, please don’t apply if you do meet the below requirements:

Requirements:

You must to be able to fulfil full HR function including hands on Payroll experience (not just supervisory) for salaries and wages,

Payroll on Pastel Payroll

EMP 201 submissions to accountant

IRP5’s

letter of good standing with WCA obtained

Handling Recruitment

Employment contracts / addendums

Ensuring annual renewal of Workman’s Compensation

Ensuring and submission of workman’s compensation claims

Handling of staff issues via Disciplinary procedures

Issuing of warnings / actioning dismissals where necessary with assistance of our Labour Lawyers

Handling of any deductions

Staff time management and vetting of times clocked in

Monthly UIF submissions

Annual PIRB renewals

Ensuring work permits and staff information up to date

Calculation and submissions to BIBC

Performance reviews

Filing

Ensuring staff medicals / injections up to date

Assisting Admin Manager where necessary

Must reside in the area or close by.

6:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday

Monthly Salary: R15,000 neg
