Requirements and Skills

HR Degree/ Diploma
Payroll experience (VIP/People)
In-Depth knowledge pf IR and HR practises and legislation
Experience in dispute resolution and exposure to disciplinary matters and CCMA
Skills Development
Seta’s
Recruitment and onboarding of new staff
Popi officer
Budget/ Financial (SARS/UIF)
