POSITION INFO:

Duties 

IR 

• Represent the Company at the CCMA
• Responsible for recruitment of branch staff
• Compilation of HR Management Information
• Interface with the payroll to collect monthly report information
• Consulting with line Management and staff regarding HR issues

RECRUITMENT

• Administration of recruitment and section processes by ensuring compliance and adhering to human resource recruitment policies
• Facilitating shortlisting and interview meetings
• Sending invitations to panel members and Trade Union representatives
• Processing selection and recruitment paper work
• Administration of appointments for candidates

• Action all day-to-day HR related queries within 24 hours
• Lead, organize and control various HR projects within area of responsibility 
• Develop Job Descriptions at the appropriate level of work utilizing the “Stratified Systems Theory”
• Conduct Competency Based Interviews with line managers
