- Honors Degree in Human Science
- Driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Outstanding Excel skills
- Highly analytical and action orientated
- Resourceful organizer

The successful person will be:
- Getting exposure in all aspects of HR management
- Assist with value-adding people management projects (remuneration, benchmarking exercises, talent management etc.
- Compile HR analytics information
- Assist with HR reporting
