SUMMARY:
Our client in Orlando, Soweto is looking to employ an HR Business Partner for their Financial Services operation. This position is strictly EE.
POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a mature, deadline-driven, energetic person with solid communication skills. Immediate start preferred. Must be resident around Johannesburg South area.
Main Responsibilities:
Contract management
Solid and current knowledge of BCEA, LRA and other relevant legislation
IR exposure and knowledge of disciplinary process
HR Administration as needed
Knowledge of COVID Safety Protocols
Running the Payroll
Time sheets
Other duties as requested by manager
Minimum requirements:
Matric
Relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum 8 years’ working experience as HR Generalist, with exposure to disciplinary procedure
Able to run payroll
Strong Excel skills
MS Office literacy
Own reliable vehicle

Salary is R25 000 CTC per month.
