Job description:

• Recruitment and onboarding
• Communication and implementation of HR policies
• Assist managers with disciplinary processes and drafting HR documents as required
• Conflict Management
• Monthly EE reporting
• Preperation of annual B-BEEE report and monitoring throughout the year
• BEnefits administration
• Data analysis
• Tender submission reports
• Roll out of special projects
• Assisting in builsing and maintaining healthy corporate culture
