SUMMARY:
HR Generalist - Gauteng - Jhb Northern Suburbs

POSITION INFO:

Our well-established client, within the financial sector, is looking to employ a HR Generalist to join their team at their Johannesburg offices.

Requirements:

• Must have Bachelor''s Degree in HR or related
  
• Must have 10 years experience as an HR Coordinator
  
• Understand of Labor Laws and Employment Equity regulations
  
• Computer literate (MS Office and HR related software)

• HR Administration and people management skills
  
• Record keeping skills
  
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  
• Excellent communications skills (verbal & written)
  
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met

• Problem-solving skills
  

Duties (but not limited to):

• Assist with all HR related matters
  
• Assist in conducting organisational procedures and guidelines
  
• Motivate employees
  
• Participate in recruitment process such as identifying potential candidates and issuing employment contracts
  
• Investigate and resolve complaints from employees
  
• Coordinate employee development plans & performance management
  
• Update records of new staff and perform orientations
  
• Manage databases and prepare reports
  
• Conduct and submit general HR activity reports
  
• Be up to date with latest HR trends
