POSITION INFO:

Our client is a manufacturing concern and looking to recruit an HR Generalist to manage the full HR function at Group level. You will have a HR related degree plus minimum 5 years’ experience working across levels of staff from factory worker up to executive level. Your significant experience in IR (unionised environment), general HR admin functions, recruitment processes and wages within a factory environment will secure. As a hands-on individual, you will provide support to the executive management function of the group and guide the management team with all disciplinary and IR issues. This is an opportunity to establish a strong HR function in an organisation that is known for their high level of quality and delivery.
