Our client is recruiting for an HR Generalist to join their team

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:
• Assisting with WSP/ATR and Employment Equity reporting
• Assisting in Recruitment and New Employee Induction Process
• Day to day ad hoc and administrative HR related tasks
• Disciplinary process support
• Assist with Performance appraisal process
• Health and Safety Administration
• Assisting with development and monitoring of overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization
• Assist in training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Assist in general HR legal compliance processes
