HR Facilitator Trainer - Manufacturing | Port Elizabeth
Salary: R15-25K Basic + Benefits
Purpose of Position:
Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Human Resources Facilitator Trainer from within the automotive and/or manufacturing industry in Port Elizabeth. This is a permanent position, Monday-Friday 07:30am – 17:00pm. The purpose of this position is to the Upskilling of staff and maintaining thereof in the plant. Basic Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12; Accredited SDF;
- Registered Assessor Certification non-negotiable;
- Microsoft Office; SAP
- Relevant HR Qualification advantageous.
- 3 Years minimum in a production environment as a HR and/or Training Facilitator;
- Able to work under pressure, extended working hours where necessary
Duties:
- Ensure adherence to the company`s rules & regulations as documented in the company`s disciplinary policy;
- Ensure adherence to all health and Safety practises and procedures as defined during induction and other Health & Safety training;
- Prepare and oversee implementation of training plans;
- Monitor & assist management within the production departments in relation to training & flexibility training;
- Assist in preparing the annual training budget and ensure adherence thereof;
- Prepare training processes and flow charts;
- Ability to compile and review training manuals, assessments and presentations;
- Facilitate plant training programmes such as Induction, Forklift licences, etc.
- Prepare and submit Merseta Mandatory and Discretionary Grants;
- Manage internship, apprenticeship and experiential learners;
- Update personnel records, training records, training matrix and HR systems on completed training;
- Represent management in Training, Employment Equity and shop stewards’ meetings;
- Ability to do training GAP needs analysis;
- Ensure company has the necessary accreditation for relevant programmes and that trainers are accredited trainers;
- Assist in reviewing SOPs for relevant job functions and training thereof as and when required;
- Assist in investigation into accidents related to production operations.
- Adhoc function which may fall in the ambit of the job requirements.
