HR Coordinator – Retail Cape Town

 

International Retailer based in Cape Town is seeking to employ a vibrant candidate to join their busy team.

 

This role would suit a candidate with 2-3 experience within HR, with a relevant qualification. – Retail or FMCG experience would be an added benefit

 

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review paperwork, obtain feedback and procure available information for new training processes
• Manage benefits enrolment by answering questions and aiding employees with login details
• Prepare all human resource documentation, including new hire letters, employee contracts and corporate policies
• Streamline HR efficiencies, coordinated new hire orientations and provided onboarding and training for new employees
• Update HR database with new employee information, changes in benefits and other details
• Coordinate ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members
• Plan, monitor and appraise employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
• Work alongside global business leader to deploy new training strategies
• Improve organizational filing systems for confidential employee records, resulting in improved accessibility and efficiency
