A leading automotive company based in Durban requires a HR Consultant with strong generalist exposure from a manufacturing background



POSITION INFO:

  • Implementation and full coordination of the Recruitment and Selection policy and process
  • Handling all HR -related matters
  • Strong HR Project experience
  • Full coordination of assessment centers, recruitment and selection, Employment Equity Meetings, and submissions of EE Reporting
  • Co-ordination and timeous submission of various reports to support the achievement of the organizations, Manage staff database, process streamlining and improvement
