HR Co-ordinator (L&D)

SUMMARY:
Our Client is a leading FMCG company based in Paarden Eiland. They are looking for experienced HR professional who will be responsible for the support and coordination of HR projects and administration with a focus on training implementation, induction, recruitment, project tracking and legislative reporting.

POSITION INFO:

 

To qualify, you will need:

• Relevant Diploma or Degree
• At least 2 years as an HR Generalist
• Minimum 2 years as a Skills Development Facilitator
• SDF Certificate will be advantageous 
• Sound knowledge of all HR processes and practices
• Knowledge of HR related legislation
• Strong project management and administration skills
• Ability to build relationships and solve problems
• Excellent computer literacy skills
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

• Provides input in the development of the people strategy to drive a growth a culture in the company
• Implement training plans that are in line with the BBBEE and capability building initiatives
• Assist in preparation of all necessary SETA submission
• Assist in preparation of all tax incentive schedules for SARS submissions
• Responsible for management of internships and learnership programmes
• Engage with training institutions to source the best internship candidates
• Ensure timeous registration of learners on the SETA system and that all documentation is submitted to the SETA in full
• Offer support and advice to both line management and employees on Snell policies and procedures where required
• Assist in the facilitation of Employment Equity and Skills Development committee meetings
• Manage relationships with training providers, training institutions and SETA representatives in a manner that ensures successful & sustained partnerships
• Offer support to the HR Director, Learning and Development Manager and the HR and Transformation Manager on HR related matters
