SUMMARY:
Our Client is seeking to appoint a HR Co-Ordinator to be based in Patensie

POSITION INFO:

Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma:  Human Resources qualification or 5 years experience within HR
  • Intermediate MS office skills (full package)
  • Own vehicle with drivers licence

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Payroll

  • Ensure timeous & accurate completion of monthly payroll for permanent staff and casuals
  • Ensure daily timesheets are accurately completed
  • Maintaining employee data
  • Process terminations documentation
  • Ensure leave administration is accurately implemented
  • Process and capture deductions and loans
  • Ensure annual evaluations are effectively and timeously completed
  • Statutory submission
  • Labour Relations
  • Managing disciplinary process
  • Conducting disciplinary enquiries
  • Ensure all disciplinary records are kept up-to-date and accurate

Training and Development

  • Assist with the submission of the WSP & ATR
  • Compile and communicate training schedule with necessary stakeholders
  • Conduct annual organisation training
  • Conduct orientation training for all employees

Recruitment

  • Ensure recruitment process is effectively completed
  • HR Administration
  • Maintain electronic employee files
  • Ensuring that job descriptions are accurately
  • Ensuring that SOP’s are accurate
  • HR policy compliance and statutory requirements
  • Ensure HR and ethical policies & procedures comply with national regulations as well as affiliated bodies
  • Health and Safety
  • Process all IOD documentation & handle all queries
  • Conduct quarterly Health and Safety inspections and committee meetings

Employment Equity

  • Manage and implement all employment equity related matters.
  • Conduct quarterly Employment Equity meetings
  • Workers Committee
  • Manage and implement all workers committee related matters.
  • Conduct quarterly Workers Committee meetings

Monthly Reports

  • Report monthly to management on HR related matters and statistics.
