HR Clerk

POSITION INFO:

HR Clerk is needed for a company based in Johannesburg.Ideal candidate mast have a Diploma in HR with 2 yrs experience in HR Department .

Recording of Files/Content to be archived for easy retrieval
Loading of all old records to be sent for archives
Sorting HR store rooms to ensure good house keeping
Filing HR documents
Labelling all filing storages according to content
Assist in file auditing and remove irrelevant documents in files
Ensure that files are labelled accurately for easy retrieval
Ensure good housekeeping to stationery storage room
Record all storage material available
Assist with the capturing of applications

Printing and sorting of CV’s and preparation of interview packs
