SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Organized with a natural inclination for prioritizing 
  • Strong negotiation and interviewing skills
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of relevant labour law
 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 
  • A qualification in HR or related qualification 
  • 5 plus years of experience in Recruitment 
  • Working knowledge of recruitment tools and sources
  • BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
     
    • Customer Focus – Facilitate feedback loop to better manage customer satisfaction
     
    • Accountability - Share responsibility for assigned work and carries his/her workload
