SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Organized with a natural inclination for prioritizing

Strong negotiation and interviewing skills

Strong presentation and reporting skills

Knowledge of relevant labour law

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

A qualification in HR or related qualification

5 plus years of experience in Recruitment

Working knowledge of recruitment tools and sources
