JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

Advise on general HR issues
Advise on Labour Relations issues
Provide Disciplinary and Grievance guidance
Policy and documentation compliance
Manage Ad Hoc HR tasks

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12
HR related degree
More than 4 years experience in IR and HR
Experience from the fruit/agriculture industry
