SUMMARY:
We require an experienced HR Assistant in Kirkwood. Experience from the fresh produce/agriculture industry essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

  1.  Advise on general HR issues
  2.  Advise on Labour Relations issues
  3.  Provide Disciplinary and Grievance guidance
  4.  Policy and documentation compliance
  5.  Manage Ad Hoc HR tasks
 

Desired Experience & Qualification

  1. Grade 12
  2. HR related degree
  3. More than 4 years experience in IR and HR
  4. Experience from the fruit/agriculture industry
