SUMMARY:
Ballito. Well-established business focused on delivering exceptional quality and reliable services seeks competent HR Assistant with at least 2 years experience in an HR or Finance position. The successful candidate must have experience processing payroll on Sage 300, as well as a great understanding of Industrial Relations and Employment Equity - these are non-negotiable.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Processing payroll on Sage 300
Mid-year and year-end tax submission to SARS
Medical Aid and Provident Fund functions
Employment Equity monitoring
Skills Development and WSP submissions
Assist with BBBEE and financial audits

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, or similar qualification
Experience with SAGE 300 and ESS system
Experience with SARS e-filing and EasyFile system
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
