SUMMARY:
Ballito. Leaders in the logistics and petroleum industries seeks dynamic HR Assistant with at least 1 - 4 years HR experience and a relevant qualification in HR Management to assist in the companies day-to-day HR administration.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Leave and absenteeism administration and keeping track of absenteeism and leave trends
Preparation of payroll processing information (overtime, etc.)
Ensure training records are maintained and updated (ATR, WSP, EE)
Ensure employee database and personnel records are updated
Ensure disciplinary records are updated per employee
Ensure timeous distribution of pay slips to various entities
Ensure communication and deactivation for all terminations are done timeously
Assist and support with recruitment process, induction / on boarding, and benefits administration
Collate month end report information on headcount and leave management

Requirements:

Computer literate
Working knowledge of Human Resources and payroll principles
Basic payroll experience
Understanding of time and attendance
