HR Assistant - 6 month contract

Our client, A leading FMCG manufacturer, seeks to employ a Junior HR Administrator/Assistant for a 6 month fixed term contract, at their plant in Epping.

Please note that this role is at a junior level, providing assistance to the HR Manager of a fast paced manufacturing environment. Due to the role being a contractual position, we will only be reviewing candidates resident in the Cape Town area, who can start immediately and who meets the following key and minimum requirements:

• You will have completed a Diploma in HR Management, coupled with 2 years experience in HR administration, to include recruitment and selection, maintaining personnel files, capturing and updating data on HR Premier, coordinating functions, facilitating any training requirements and ensuring employee wellness programs are well planned and coordinated.
• You will have excellent communication skills, be able to function well under pressure and at a fast pace, as well as be able to interact professionally at all levels
• Software proficiency on Excel and HR Premier
• You will also be required to run errands for the department, therefore you will have a valid driver''s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Due to the position of trust, you will have a clear criminal and credit record, as well as contactable references
