SUMMARY:
Our client in the Agricultural sector is looking for a HR/Payroll Administrator to join their team in Lydenburg

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • HR Qualification will be an advantage
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years experience as HR or Payroll Administrator
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation including but not limited to LRA, BCEA, OHSA, EE, POPIA, SARS, BBEEE and UIF
  • Experience in the management of SDL, Employment Equity, Worksman's  Compensation and administration of provident funds
  • Payroll administration
  • Trade Unions negotiations will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Agriseta would be advantageous
