POSITION INFO:

Job Position: HR Administrator (Equity)

Ref: 3619 – Edwin

Location: Port Elizabeth

Salary:  R20 000 per month commensurate with experience and qualification + 50% medical aid and Provident / pension fund

Qualifications / Requirements

• Must have passed and be in possession of a Matric certificate
• A recognised post Matric HR Diploma is essential
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in an HR environment
• Knowledge of medical aid administration
• Must be competent in Excel (Advanced Level) – certificate required (assessment can be done)
• Must have administrative / clerical experience
• The ability to apply various policies (PPA assessment)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Sage People / Jarrison Time / Absolve Appsent / RMA Online

Key Performance Areas:

• Full administrative engagement and termination process for weekly staff / contractors
• Maintain electronic and physical employee records (personal details / employment changes)
• Contact person for medical aid changes / queries
• Administration of disability / death / funeral claims
• Leave processing and administration
• Maintain the Jarrison Time system
• Maintain hours for wage processing of weekly and contracted staff
• IOD administration
• General employee queries
