JOB DESCRIPTION:

What you need to have:

Matric
Drivers Licence
Clear criminal and credit record
VIP experience
Computer Literate - MS Office
MIE Biometric Officer (an advantage)

About the position:

Weekly and monthly wages/salaries on VIP
Monthly and Bi-Annual submissions
Excel reports
Controlling temps and contractors
Employment contracts and addendums
Exit documents - Ui19's and certificates
Monthly submissions to MEIBC and MIBCO
Annual Skills Development - ATR/WSP Submission
Annual Employment Equity Submissions
Typing of CV's, answering phone
