SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a conscientious and proactive individual with HR admin experience for one of our clients based in the Northern Suburbs. The core role is to support the HR team with overall HR administrative support and the recruitment needs of the business. Must have an excellent team working ethos and actively seek resolutions to issues.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Induction
  • HR administration
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Benefit administration
  • Training administration
  • Staff wellness
  • Payroll

 

Skills and Experience:

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Certificate/Diploma in HR Management or similar qualification essential
  • 1-2 year’s experience in a similar HR role
  • Experience of recruiting is essential
  • Great administration skills with an attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Own transport with a valid code 08 driver’s license essential
