HR Administrator

SUMMARY:
T and T Academy is looking for a dynamic and driven HR Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

• The successful incumbent will be expected to provide Human Resources Administrative support function to the business and its clients in order to achieve its HR objectives.
• The role required a candidate with good decision-making skills, understanding and interpretation of Labour legislation, problem solving and attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma/ Degree in HR
• 1-2 years in administrative role
• Advanced Microsoft word, excel knowledge of HR  related legislation i.e. BCEA, LRA, EEA, POPI Act
• Must have at least 1 year experience working on HRM system (preferably SAGE people, modules incl Employee management, Job Management, report generation)
