 Payroll Knowledge and 2 years experience in a payroll environment
 Computer Literate: Word, Excel, Internet, E-mail
 Effective communication skills (verbal

Excellent organizing skills, with experience of planning own workload to meet deadlines,
 Ability to work with a sense of urgency in an aggressive, multi-tasking environment.
 Excellent solving skills by identifying and analyzing problems; distinguishing between relevant and
irrelevant information to make logical decisions; provide solutions to individual and organisational
problems
 Professionalism and have strict confidentiality
 Knowledge of Labour Law is an advantage

WORKING TIMES
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Inclusive of breaks. You may required to work after office hours, weekends and on
public holidays as may be required by the available workload
