SUMMARY:
Our client, a transport company based in Germiston is seeking a dynamic and strong HR Administrator. The successful candidate will have to come with at least 5 years’ experience and be willing to work under severe pressure.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric and relevant Degree.
  • 5-10 years HR experience within a Logistic environment will be an added advantage.
  • Payroll experience.
  • Labour Relations experience (Preparing documentation and presenting CCMA cases).
  • Strong MS Office experience.
  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Must be prepared to work on Saturdays.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling of new appointments and terminations.
  • Injury on duty administration.
  • Handling labour relations (Disciplinary hearings).
  • Compiling information and presenting CCMA cases.
  • Timesheet management.
  • Weekly, monthly payroll.
  • Filing employee information.
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Lodging claims.
  • Managing Provident fund.

 Additional Information:

  • The successful candidates must be willing to work on Saturdays, there will only be 1 Saturday off per month.
