One of our clients in the Manufacturing and Distribution industry are looking to hire an experienced HR Administrator. The successful candidate must have all-round administration experience. POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must have a minimum of +-3 years HR Coordination experience.   
  • Must have payroll experience and must have worked on VIP Payroll (non neg)
  • Must have experience on onboarding and offboarding.

 

Duties include:

  • Training
  • ISO Co Ordinator Document Controller (Important)
  • Facilitates Health & Safety
  • Provident Fund Employer Representative
  • Facilitates Security
  • Factory Salaries VIP +- 30 employees
  • PA to General Manager this is minimal.
  • Liaises with Head Office
  • Industrial Relations, we have an SLA with an outsourced party but coordinates.
  • Employment Equity
  • Annual Training reports
  • Prepares and coordinates files & documents for BEE accreditation audits.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification – Matric or any equivalent qualification.
