HR Administrator

SUMMARY:
Herewith an exciting opportunity for HR Administrators!! One of our clients who is a leader in the Manufacturing space has an opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator. You must have extensive payroll and all-round general HR administration experience. Apply now if this sounds like you!

POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

• Must have minimum of +-3 years HR Administration experience.
• Must have payroll experience and must have worked on VIP Payroll (non neg)
• Must have experience on training and have strong office administration skills

Duties include:

• Onboarding/Offboarding/Induction/Training
• ISO Co Ordinator Document Controller (Important)
• Facilitates Health & Safety
• Provident Fund Employer Representative
• Facilitates Security
• Factory Salaries VIP +- 30 employees
• PA to General Manager this is minimal.
• Liaises with Head Office
• Industrial Relations, we have an SLA with an outsourced party but coordinates.
• Employment Equity
• Annual Training reports
• Prepares and coordinates files & documents for BEE accreditation audits.

Qualifications

• Must have matric – non neg!
• HR – or related post matric qualification
