A Freight Forwarding Company is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team

POSITION INFO:

Archive staff files

Collect PPE issued yearly

Assist HR Manager with ad hoc duties

Handle transfers, promotions and job title change

Assist with terminations

Manage staff files

Arrange events

General HR Filing

Provide relief to reception

Health and Safety

Matric

Minimum one year switchboard experience

Minimum 3 years reception experience

Customer Relationship Management

Diploma in HR Management would be advantageous
