SUMMARY:
We are looking for an HR Administrator who as an eye for detail, is able to multi-task, handle pressure and work independantly.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Requirements:

Strong administration skills
High levels of attention to detail
Ability to multi task
Preparing reports (on MS Word & MS Excel & MS Powerpoint) and presentations
General admin functions including, but not limited to, typing, printing, faxing, copying, binding documents, attending meetings, minute taking and email
Delivery-orientated and deadline-driven (we have exceptionally tight deadlines)
Sensitivity to confidential matters is required
High emotional intelligence (EQ) required
Professional interpersonal communication (written and verbal)
Able to function in a structured environment
Ability to build relationships across the business
Ownership and accountability
Able to work unsupervised and get the job done in a professional manner
Highly computer literate - MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
Please note Excel and Word experience MUST be intermediate to Advanced, experience with Mail Merges and Excel Formulas is essential!!
