SUMMARY:
A large organization located in Durban providing Services for the various industries throughout Africa seeks an HR Administration Manager to ensure the employee data and HR processes are managed according to company values, HR Strategy and compliance, and governance frameworks to make the employee experience seamless.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties include:

Payroll
Manage the payment schedule of the business based on the payroll timelines and ensure payments are done on time as per service level agreements.
Manage the integrity of payroll data and compliance with the team member's responsibility to make payments on time.
Manage and control all payroll processes, templates, and systems required to deliver an essential service
Personal administration
Employee communication
Systematic filing and data management
Employment Equity
Statutory submission over sites
Benefit and Remuneration

Requirements:

HR Degree
5 to 8 years relevant experience within an HR function
VIP premier payroll system
Basic Conditions of Employment Act & LRA
Best practice administration in compliance
Plan and organize systematic processes
Handle pressure
Communicate with multiple stakeholders
Resilient and able to handle pressure
Detail-oriented at an excellent level
Organization and planning
Communication in writing
Microsoft word (intermediate–format documents, outline numbering, split pages, headers, etc)
Microsoft Excel (intermediate – pivot, basic formulas)
