SUMMARY:
Our Client, a leader in the retail sector, has an opportunity available for an HR Admin Clerk Payroll, to be based in the Centurion area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12
Numeracy skills
Computer literate, Excel experience
Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

KPAs:

Preparing documents for payroll / Clockings
Capturing a range of information for the branch payroll
Assisting Personnel Officer with administration duties such as correct filing of documentation, issuing of payslips, pay queries relating to clockings
Assist with all other general admin duties when required
Communicating with Branch Management and Head Office on payroll matters
