SUMMARY:
My client is looking for an HR Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This person will act as the point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and or external partners. The perfect candidate will have prioritisation and problem-solving skills and will know how to communicate well on all levels.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Great Admin and communication.
  • Prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Detailed orientated.
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel
  • Update internal HR Database
  • Preparing HR Documents and Employment contacts.
  • Respond to employment queries about HR related issues
  • Participate in HR projects.
  • Ensuring efficient delivery of information and service to staff members and or third-party service providers.
  • Administering and ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained.
  • Administering and processing all HR invoices/payments.
  • Generating accurate HR reports required by the business.
  • Provide all recruitment administration support for new appointments.
  • Ensure all HR related checks are carried out fully and in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support in the performance management system/process.
