SUMMARY:
My client is looking for an HR Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This person will act as the point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and or external partners. The perfect candidate will have prioritisation and problem-solving skills and will know how to communicate well on all levels.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric.
Proficient in MS Outlook.
Computer Literate.
Great Admin and communication.
Prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
Detailed orientated.

Duties and responsibilities:

Organizing and maintaining personnel
Update internal HR Database
Preparing HR Documents and Employment contacts.
Respond to employment queries about HR related issues
Participate in HR projects.
Ensuring efficient delivery of information and service to staff members and or third-party service providers.
Administering and ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained.
Administering and processing all HR invoices/payments.
Generating accurate HR reports required by the business.
Provide all recruitment administration support for new appointments.
Ensure all HR related checks are carried out fully and in a timely manner.
Provide administrative support in the performance management system/process.
