SUMMARY:
n exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR ADMINISTRATOR / TALENT ACQUISITION RECRUITER to use your skills and experience with this amazing company based in Durban.

POSITION INFO:

Coordinate with managers to identify staffing needs

Determine selection criteria of high calibre individuals as well as for the best in the market
Source potential candidates through various platforms and online channels
Plan and facilitate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments as well as the induction process.
Shortlist candidates and conduct reference checks
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives and drive brand values
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates and create a diverse talent pool
Assist the HR department where required
 

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
Gmail/Outlook and Microsoft office competent
Minimum 2 years related experience required
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks and trends
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organisational skills
Attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Team player
