Assistant to HR Manager

POSITION INFO:

HR ADMINISTRATOR – FLORIDA – R35 000 P/M

Matric + HR Diploma + 7 Years HR experience. Maintain & organise Personnel records. Attend to employees queries & HR related issues, participate in HR projects, create & implement training, recruitment, skills development, policy admin & developments plans. Administer IOD claims. All information, data & paperwork in preparation for the Employment Equity plan BEE Audit. Building Maintenance Management, Travel bookings, Company Governance, Events Coordination.
