• Relevant HR experience and qualification

• Experience with:

- Sourcing employees for departments

- Interviewing and creating short lists

- Contracting and legal compliance

- Evaluating staff competence and performance appraisals

- Handling and facilitating hearings

- Knowledge and experience with Bargaining Councils and other regulatory bodies
