Red Ember is currently recruiting for HR & Compliance Specialist-Associate to be based at a client in Midvaal.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Roles and Responsibilities (No limited to)

Talent Engagement and Recruitment
Employee On-Boarding
HR Compliance
IR Relations with the external body for CCMA related matters
Disciplinary Management
B-BBEE File Preparation for Audits
Employment Equity and EE Reporting
Skills Development, WSP ATR
Department of Labour Audits
Payroll and Clock-In Administration
Overtime Coordination
Workmen’s Compensation WCL process facilitation and registration with Easy Comp
Industrial Relations
Event Management
Adhoc Responsibilities – Uniforms, PPE
Implementation of Internships/Learnerships

Qualification and Education Requirements -

4-5 years of experience in a similar role
VIP Classic Payroll knowledge will be preferred
HR Degree or Similar
Own vehicle
Commissioner of Oaths will be an advantage
