HPCSA REGISTERED DENTAL PROFESSIONAL | CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE | RANDBURG, JHB

A US-based Dentistry Company in collaboration with a South African Call Centre company requires skilled dental professionals to join their dynamic team as Remote Dental Techs. This excellent opportunity is ideal for candidates with Dentistry experience and qualification who is seeking employment on a part-time or full-time basis including:

• HPCSA Registered Dentists
• HPCSA Registered Dental Students
• HPCSA Registered Dental Therapists
• HPCSA Registered Oral Hygienists
• HPCSA Registered Dental Assistants
• Registered Dental Technicians with appropriate experience

They are looking for energetic, passionate, and confident team members to communicate as a liaison between dental professionals, the organization and their customers. Various opportunities are available.

Responsibilities may include but will not be limited to:

(You will remotely communicate with US clients and professionals)

• Review treatment plans and diagnostic information for appropriateness and accuracy, before submitting it to a network licensed dental professional for final approval.
• Support customer care associates, offering guidance and clinical support as needed including communication with patients and doctors
• Recommend changes to be made.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active HPCSA Registration or Dental Tech Registration
• Excellent communication skills (Both written and spoken), fluent English as you will be communicating with professionals in the US.
• Excellent communication, conversation and active listening skills
• Experience with clear aligner treatment is a plus
• Strong computer navigation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Typing skills of 45+ WPM a plus

.Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (To accommodate US clients)

Salary: R12 000 per month

Area: Randburg Johannesburg

Training: Three-month training will be provided

Remote (work from home) opportunities may become available if the candidate performs well, and will be left to the discretion of the company.
