• Agricultural Diploma / Degree in Horticulture
• Min of 3 years previous work experience in horticulture
• Proven commercial/business management and development experience
• Strong business acumen
• Valid passport and work permit for NZ or Australia
• Computer literate
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
