SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Technology space is currently seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician to be based in the Bedfordview area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements
  • Tertiary IT Studies / Certificates
  • +/- 2 years, Telephonic and remote Helpdesk support (Hardware and software), Client liaison.
  • MS Office
  • Windows
  • SQL script - Advantage
  • SQL Database – Advantage
  • Telephone etiquette
