Our Client in the Technology space is currently seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician to be based in the Bedfordview area.

Requirements

Tertiary IT Studies / Certificates
+/- 2 years, Telephonic and remote Helpdesk support (Hardware and software), Client liaison.
MS Office
Windows
SQL script - Advantage
SQL Database – Advantage
Telephone etiquette
