HEAD OFFICE BRANCH CO-ORDINATOR – JOHANNESBURG, WAVERLY - R10,000 – R15,000 PER MONTH

JOB EXPECTATIONS

 

1. Answer calls within 3 rings, and check emails for New Jobs.

2. Log the new job immediately

3. Dispatch (CPT/ JHB/ PE/ DRBN) team, then call

     them to confirm that they received the new job.

4. Ensure all Interventions are responded to within 60 mins.

5. Call the client to advise that a team has been dispatched, and is

     enroute to assist within 60 mins.

6. “Google search” to confirm the correct details of the Company/

       Address, before dispatching a team.

7. Print the call report

8. Track technicians & ensure they arrive at job within 60 minutes.

9. Ensure that the technician that’s responding is made aware if it’s

     a C.O.D. and that the cash deposit is collected.

10. Ensure all (Insurance) job files reports are compiled and

       submitted within 48 hours. 

11. Once a team has attended to a job (Intervention), ensure the

       technical & necessary pics are printed and placed in the correct  

       job file.

12. Receive nationally attendance and send sms by 10h00  

       daily.

13. Ensure that all Field controllers nationally, submit their daily

       intervention forms by 10am.

14. Ensure that jobs don’t run over 7 days.

15. Ensure that cameras are up and running at all branches

       nationally, and are monitored daily.

16. Ensure that all job files are controlled/ visited every 2 days.

17. Handle customer queries immediately.

18. Liaise with your assigned branches at the end of each day.

       (JHB/ PE/ DRBN)

17. Report any misconduct or non-compliance of field staff or

       anyone under your supervision.

19. Complete an Incident report when necessary.

20. Minimise telephone costs by using One Net, emails & sms.

21. Keep Workstation Neat & Tidy. (Desk organised)
