POSITION INFO:

Education Academy seeks professional and skilled HR Head reporting directly to the CEO.

• Part of the leadership team, the role is the custodian of human capital (HC) management and development and responsible for transactional people management processes;
• Interfaces with all leadership and employee level;
• Executing on key people processes to achieve the strategic and operational objectives;
• Lead and manage the people related agenda in the organization focusing on the desired employee-experience to achieve a high-performance culture;
• Responsible for talent management, culture and organisational transformation, skills and capacity development, employee relations and the associated administrative processes.

Qualification:

• B-degree/Hons in Human Resources;
• Registration as a Practitioner with the SA Board of Personnel Practices;
• 5 years HC management experience in a progressive people management environment;
• Track record of successful implementation of organisational transformation initiatives, including culture transformation;
• Proven track record of successful project management planning and execution of HC projects;
• Experienced in dispute resolution at the CCMA.
