The successful candidate will be responsible for ICT Training Sales  and business development within all Sectors, account management and play a role in the customer’s strategic Educational & Training direction.

The energetic candidate should have strong ICT, training and marketing skills, willing to grow the client base and work towards challenging targets.

The ideal candidate for this position must be a self-driven individual , target focuessed  with strong interpersonal skills, a high level of sales, communication and negotiation skills and be a team player capable of using own initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Appropriate qualification.

3-4 Years extensive sales experience within most of the sectors in SA

3-4 Years extensive ICT skills, knowledge and  experience

3-4 Years extensive experience in marketing and communication

A proven track record in sales and marketing of ICT skills development

Experience in tender processes

Extensive knowledge of the ICT  training industry

Knowledge of OEM training requirements

DUTIES:

• Co-ordinate the training for Gijima SMME partners
• Analyzing market potential within all relevant sectors
• Analyzing competitors
• Identification of new products, new business opportunities and new clients
• Developing a thorough understanding of the client’s business objectives in order to guide them in the formulation of an IT training strategy
• Conduct Pre-Training Skills Assessments
• Determine the ICT Skills Required
• Define the ICT Skills Gap
• Formulate the Best Total ICT training solution
• Craft  written training solution proposals
• Manage customer enquiries
• Contract Management
• Account Management
• Relationship management
• Manage OEM learning competency partnerships
