We are looking to recruit a Guest Immersion Specialist who is an inspiring, empowering and a results oriented individual with a passion for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities include facilitating On the Job Training across all departments, fine tuning soft skills in identified Pain areas in a guest focused environment. The role involves execution of pre-curated guest experiences and streamlining efficiencies. Assisting in Day-to Day Operations as well as aiding in scripting SOP’s with HOD’s. Providing written and verbal feedback to guests. Capturing of guest reviews and the compilation and distribution of reports.

Requirements

• Matric
• Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management
• 1-3 Years Hospitality Experience
• PC Literacy(MS Office)
• Opera knowledge would be advantageous
• Ability to speak multiple languages would be beneficial
